Genesis Property Acquisition, Inc. a public 501 (c) (3) was established in 2019 in order to pursue real-estate investment, re-development, and management opportunities within the 130 cities, boroughs and townships located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The goal is to rehabilitate abandoned and dilapidated residential and commercial properties in communities that are currently targeted for redevelopment and revitalization. 

As a grassroots initiative, Genesis Property Acquisition, Inc. is strongly connected to the region. We have firsthand knowledge of the needs within the neighborhoods that we serve and are in tuned with the changing landscape of those communities. We endeavor to contribute to the successful revitalization of underserved and blighted communities in Allegheny County.
